Regular Type Plastisol Ink for Fabric (Cut Pieces, Garment)
 White & Clear Base (Glossy)
Appearence : milky white emulsion (at room temperature)
Characteristic : Glossy, excellent adhesion, low-temperature curing, easy printability and non-sticky print surface.
Application : Suitable for 100% cotton cut fabric or garment (substrate needs to be resistant to curing temperature of more than 130?)
Using method :
Mesh Count : 80 ~ 200 mesh
Ink Matching : Use white or clear base directly or combine with our concentrated color systems.
Modifying Viscosity : Use reducer or thickener to adjust the desired viscosity but add not more than 15%
Curing Temperature : 130? ~ 150 ?(75KW infrared curing equipment)
Curing Time : Generally print twice, cure for 2-3 minutes, but extend the curing time depending on plate thickness.
Wash-up : Soap & water or solvent (such as water based screen cleaner)

Remarks :
 
1. When printing overlapping colors, be sure to dry or flash cure each layer until the surface is non-sticky then proceed printing the next layer.
2. If sticky print surface occurs, use an anti-tack agent to reduce stickiness.
3. Plastisol Ink depends on temperature to dry so it is strictly necessary to control curing. Under or over curing will affect above characteristic.
4. Clear base can be used directly as a final coat to give glossy effect on printed design or mix with plastisol colors, to adjust color shade
5. Use White base as an underlay ink for dark fabrics to give better opacity or directly as a white color plastisol
