Application : Suitable for 100% cotton cut fabric or garment (substrate needs to be resistant to curing temperature of more than 130?XC)
Using method :
Mesh Count : 80 ~ 120 mesh
Ink Matching : Use white or clear base directly or combine with our concentrated color systems.
Modifying Viscosity : Use reducer or thickener to adjust the desired viscosity but add not more than 15%
Curing Temperature : 130 ?XC ~ 150 ?XC (75KW infrared curing equipment)

Remarks :

1. Use thick screens suitable for HD prints.
2. When printing overlapping colors, be sure to dry or flash cure each layer until the surface is nonsticky then proceed printing the next layer.
3. If sticky print surface occurs, use an anti-tack agent to reduce stickiness.
4. Plastisol Ink depends on temperature to dry so it is strictly necessary to control curing. Under or over curing will affect above characteristic.
